An absolutely tamper proof system to avoid buddy punching. The duality of the system ensures that employees not only show their proximity card but also punch in their hand in the machine to record their attendance. The system checks the geometry of the hand instead of the hand/finger print. This System works on 3D picture of hand (thickness, lenth and width). The universality of the system and the machines makes it workable in any type of industrial environment even with wet, dirty or greasy hands – a clear advantage over the Finger print reader system. The Hand Punch machine is also efficient and easy to use with an average time of 3 seconds to punch attendance with 0% rejection rate. This system is capable of managing upto 34,000 employees (wtih an option to increase this with an extended memory )at a single location, and with the integrated software can manage unlimited number of shifts. Companies also have the option of generating various attendance and payroll analysis reports for both Permanent and Casual Employees directly from this system.
With the finger print sensor it is easy to enhance security and eliminate buddy punching. The process of authentication is automated whereby the employee's identity is confirmed by examining a unique physiological trait – the fingerprint. It provides a high level of security with safe and user-friendly interface for your Time and Attendance Management. This system can also be integrated with the RFID reader which can help to reduce the False Rejection Ratio The Finger print reader supports 1:1 or 1:many authentication concept and depending on the different applications of fingerprint readers, you can choose from a wide variety of models. All readers come with a high resolution sensor.
This is an easy to use system with a contact less card technology where the employee just shows the card to the clock in order to record his/her attendance. Radio Frequency cards and clocks do not require any maintenance for years together and are suitable for any type of industry and working environment. Clocks work on TCP/IP to connect to the existing computers (Ethernet) network for easy and efficient attendance management and as an additional benefit, the clocks can be fully integrated with Time Attendance and Payroll Software.
