SMART GUARD - Security Guard Attendance System
SmartGuard is a complete guard management system including an electronic guard attendance monitoring system.
It consists of specialized hardware and software components that are used to monitor the activities of security guards during their inspection patrol tours. Uniquely numbered clock points are located at strategic locations around the guarded premises and the guard is issued with a baton like a hand held reader. The guard scans – the baton to each point to record the location, date and time of the patrol. Patrol information is then transferred to a printer, a computer or a to a central monitoring stations as may be predefined.
PREMISES MONITORING SYSTEM
 SmartGuard can be used for protecting select properties and sites to ensure that guards are periodically monitoring the various checkpoints at the guarded location. At the end of the shift /week/ month, as may be pre-defined, the guard hands over the baton to his supervisor, who in turn connects and downloads data from the baton onto a computer. Reports generated based on this data can help ascertain the exact locations visited by the patrol staff, and the precise times that they reached each checkpoint.

GUARD ATTENDANCE SYSTEM
SmartGuard’s Guard Attendance system can be used to monitor, control and manage the field personnel for the Security companies and any other industry that deploys field personnel.
Batons are assigned to each Supervisor, while RFID cards are assigned to each guard and a static RFID tag is placed at each site. The Supervisor, when doing his daily rounds, will be able to obtain the data, through the baton and the RFID reader for each of the location where guards are patrolling. The information so captured on the baton can then be downloaded and the necessary information can be generated in the form of reports.
SmartGuard can also be integrated with our Time Attendance & Payroll software for salary, over-time and leave calculation and processing.
